We guarantee that as an estate planning or business planning client of Michael L. Smith, Attorney & Counselor at Law, PLLC, you will receive personal and professional legal services delivered in a timely manner. Within thirty (30) days after signing the client engagement letter, if you are not 100% satisfied with the client service you receive, we will reimburse you an amount that is equal to the flat fee paid for services. In return, we ask you to promptly inform us if you are dissatisfied in any way with our services, giving us the opportunity to correct any problem and improve the service relationship.
